Dear Dudley:

I agree: you and I must do everything possible to prevent unaccountable bureaucrats from banning self-defense at Colorado State University.

That's why I'm signing the below petition, and why I will make a generous donation to help Rocky Mountain Gun Owners in the lawsuit to overturn this outrageous attack on right to keep and bear arms at Colorado State University.

Lawsuit against CSU's Self Defense Ban

Whereas: our Constitutional rights are not subject to the whims of college administrators; and,

Whereas: Colorado law is perfectly clear about allowing citizens to carry the tools for self defense statewide, including at colleges and universities; and

Whereas: CSU's proposed policy conflicts directly with state law;

Therefore: let it be known that I support the lawsuit brought against CSU regarding the right of law-abiding citizens to carry concealed firearms on college and university campuses across the state, including CSU, UNC and CU.
